Putting Technology to Work
As a customer-oriented, forward thinking company, Clark Pacific has always taken the lead in outfitting its strong in-house engineering and project teams with the latest available technologies and training.
Building information modeling (BIM), is the most recent in a long-line of technological innovations that Clark Pacific has adopted in-house to keep pace and engage with its project team partners - architects, engineers, and contractors - to better serve owners and users.
BIM provides numerous benefits for the design-build team, creating new efficiencies for the project. Trade coordination through the Building Information Model can help identify and resolve clashes before they occur in the field saving the whole design team and the project time and money. In addition to clash detection, Clark Pacific uses the tool in-house for visualizing production and erection plans and sequencing - using it as an effective communication medium with our plant and field personnel.
Building Information Modeling is part of Clark Pacific's preconstruction services, and our in-house teams can work in a variety of environments to best accommodate design teams individual BIM implementation programs.
