Designing For Greatness
Without an effective and efficient building design, a project will not be successful. Clark Pacific's design teams are the most highly accomplished within the precast concrete industry. They possess the technical knowledge and experience to master every stage of development.
Clark Pacific's Engineering Department is available to assist in the layout and design of your building system, helping you to save money and ensuring that budget estimates are sound. This prevents costly and time-consuming redesign. We incorporate value engineering into your design, which allows your team to advance quickly to other portions of the project.
OUR PROCESS
When a project is awarded to Clark Pacific, the first step is to have senior management review the drawings, specifications and bid proposal to obtain a clear understanding of the specific project and to develop conceptual details regarding panelization and connections. The engineering team will then stay with the project from its inception through engineering, production, erection and close out.
ENGINEERS ON STAFF
Our engineers on staff are very familiar with the requirements for submittals, design, materials, concrete mixes, product delivery, storage, erection, field welding, and attachments. It is customary for the precast producer to perform the final engineering for the product to be supplied to the job. This includes loads specified by the Engineer-of-Record, embedded items, handling and shipping.
HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE
Clark Pacific has the reputation of providing its clients with the highest-level quality of service and technical expertise available in the precast industry. This experience insures that your project will be handled in the most appropriate, efficient and cost-effective manner. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, from the complexity of design requirements to the strict adherence to schedules and budgets. Our experienced staff can provide design information or engineering concepts from panel breakup and connection details to scheduling and time line issues. Issues are always handled on an individual basis with clear, definitive and open communication between the owner, architect, and general contractor.
