Clark Pacific is big champion of allowing our employees to grow professionally and of any development program that will assist them in enhancing their skills and help build more meaningful careers. These programs are at the heart of the commitment to give our employees continuous learning opportunities.

Professional Development

Our goal is to provide the tools and resources for our employees to be successful. We have developed a professional development program designed to address the unique needs of all staff. Clark Pacific is also a provider of continuing education programs and, in addition, will invest in individual courses taught outside the company, as suggested by supervisors, to address areas that a staff member wants to strengthen.

Career Development

Each position within the company has a detailed position description that lays out expectations and success criteria. In addition, each manager is responsible for developing a career track for all staff members within the company. Through reviews and career counseling, our supervisors and managers meet on a regular basis with each team member to track progress, make recommendations, receive feedback from employees and assess readiness for a greater role within the company.
