Professional Development
Our goal is to provide the tools and resources for our employees
to be successful. We have developed a professional development
program designed to address the unique needs of all staff. Clark
Pacific is also a provider of continuing education programs and,
in addition, will invest in individual courses taught outside
the company, as suggested by supervisors, to address areas that
a staff member wants to strengthen.
Career Development
Each position within the company has a detailed position description
that lays out expectations and success criteria. In addition,
each manager is responsible for developing a career track for
all staff members within the company. Through reviews and career
counseling, our supervisors and managers meet on a regular basis
with each team member to track progress, make recommendations,
receive feedback from employees and assess readiness for a greater
role within the company.
