500 Terry Francois (Mission Bay Block 26A) is a six-story, 310,000 SF office building in the Mission Bay District of San Francisco, California. The project, designed as part of a larger urban office campus with five office buildings and an enclosed parking structure, also included 12,000 SF of ground floor retail space. The serene glass and masonry veneer precast panel building envelope provides a beautiful backdrop to the surrounding landscaped parks.
