Clovis Community Medical Center Parking

Total precast parking structure with Precast Hybrid Moment Frame (including 4-stories and 650-stalls) delivered for the hospital campus in only 5 months. Permit to Occupancy. Now that's fast!

Speed, Beauty and Efficiency of Total Precast Parking

With its first plans sketched on a Google Earth site layout, Clark Pacific went to work for Clark Construction and the Clovis Community Medical Center to design, manufacture, and construct a parking structure that would meet the needs of the staff and patients for this growing hospital campus.

Clark Pacific's design and double tee construction enabled an incredible five (5!) month total construction schedule for the project and the cost was competitive with cast-in-place, making the decision an easy one for the owner.

With in-house ingenuity and expertise, Clark Pacific's teams delivered the design, manufactured the precast components, and then oversaw and managed the construction of the whole structure, which was delivered on budget and on time.

The parking structure featured the Precast Hybrid Moment Frame for seismic resistance, architecturally finished precast stair and elevator shafts, precast stairs, architecturally finished load bearing and non-load bearing spandrels, double-tees, and columns and beams.

The efficiencies of total precast design and construction led to the short construction schedule and competitive pricing.  The beauty of total precast led to a gorgeous end product that the medical staff and patients of the Clovis Community Medical Center will enjoy for many years to come.
