Munger Law Graduate Residences

The Munger Graduate Residences is a $180M five building dormitory and mix use project for graduate law students at Stanford University. The Buildings provides an additional 500,000 sf to the Stanford Housing inventory which includes housing for 600 students, a large commercial kitchen serving 370 occupancy formal dining hall, fast food cafe, convenience store, conference rooms, office space, and two palm tree courtyard spaces. The Project broke ground on April 2007 and the final Building was completed on September 1, 2009.
