Bob Clark
Co-CEO
Bob along with his brother, share the responsibility as CEO. Over Bob's 30 year career at Clark Pacific, he has held positions in all areas of the company. His most recent project was delivering the new Apple Park Office Building.
Don Clark
Co-CEO
Don grew up in the company and has over 30 years experience in the design, manufacturing and construction of prefabricated systems.
Geene Alhady
President
Geene joined in 2016 bringing his organizational and market expertise. Before joining Clark Pacific, Geene was the general manager of the Real Estate and Workplace Division at Trimble and president of Meridian Systems, A Trimble Company.
Dolores Watai
Chief Financial Officer
Dolores has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience with 20 plus years in manufacturing, focusing on continuous improvement and organizational development.
John Michelmore
CFO-In Transition
John has over 40 years of experience in the overall areas of Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining the Company, his combined experienced included a long-term role as the CFO of a real estate and development company, and a senior management role with a Big-4 CPA firm.
Aaron Alhady
General Manager, Design-Build
A 30-year construction veteran, Aaron has deep experience in preconstruction, operations and development. Prior to joining Clark Pacific, Aaron was a vice president at McCarthy Building Companies, responsible for strategic business development.
Tom Anderson
General Manager, Facades
Tom’s experience spans over 19 years in prefabricated façade and structural systems. As a business leader, his focus is on organizational strategy including market development and operational performance.
William swearingen
General Manager, Emerging Markets
A born leader, William spent five years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, leading a platoon of 30 soldiers. At Clark Pacific, Swearingen has led manufacturing across two facilities and has helped deliver projects requiring innovative prefabricated concrete solutions.

Eric has 25 years of experience as an attorney providing legal counsel and representation to organizations specializing in construction, development and manufacturing.
