318,033 square feet of total precast building that consists of a basement level and four levels above grade. This Design Build parking structure was built on a uniquely shaped existing parking lot adjacent to VTA tracks, that incorporated architecturally-finished structural panels (archi-structural) to accommodate the larger working population of the Moffett Park Campus. From a preliminary layout developed by the campus architect, Clark Pacific took the project for the owner and developed a precast system parking solution that delivered the new structured parking quickly, integrated Class A finishes and incorporated a resilient design feature (precast hybrid moment frame).
