A four-story, 352,000 square foot parking garage is utilized by the entire corporate campus at the Hacienda Business Park. This four-level parking garage features 1,050 parking spaces and is enclosed by a sun-screen system. The structural system consists of one-way, cast-in-place, posttensioned concrete slabs supported on precast, pre-stressed concrete beams supported on concrete columns. The lateral load-resisting system utilizes cast-in-place concrete shear walls. The foundation system is shallow spread footings. This is the first of five parking structures for this office.
