Clark Pacific delivered a turnkey structure for this eight story, 1,000,000 SF (3,300 parking stalls) parking structure. Among other considerations, speed was one of the key factor behind the tribe’s decision to pursue a precast structure for their new casino. Due to specific site conditions, the parking structure had to delay until the last possible moment, and then proceed as quickly as possible to open in conjunction with the casino. This structure was delivered in just ten months, and is designed for 3 future additional levels.
