Freestanding Parking Structure Featuring Innovative "All-in-One" Precast Finishes Serves New County Government Center

This 328,000 sq foot parking structure serves the new County Government Center for the city of Fairfield. This parking structure utilized a precast post & beam solution, where precast post and beam components were used to erect the core structure, allowing the post-tensioned flooring system to be formed and cast onsite. The post and beam solution provided the high quality, speed, and flexibility of precast concrete in a cast-in-place construction context. The parking structure features innovative “All-in-One” precast finishes.
