Part of the Aggie Square development, Parking Structure 6 supports a dynamic live/learn/work/play environment that will feature student housing, classrooms, research labs, and innovative private companies.
Delivered using Clark Pacific’s PARC design-build solution, the structure was developed in close collaboration with public and private stakeholders to meet the functional, aesthetic, and performance needs of the entire community. The exterior columns and spandrels feature integral color and a sandblasted finish, designed to harmonize with the architectural character of the adjacent lab and office buildings.
Anticipating future growth, the structure’s entries and exits are designed for easy expansion from two to three lanes as demand increases. Parking Structure 6 is designed to meet Parksmart Platinum certification standards and achieve a Platinum rating from the U.S. Resiliency Council (USRC), ensuring sustainability, resilience, and long-term value.
