Accelerated Project Delivery

Offsite construction can deliver projects between 30 and 50 percent faster than traditional methods. Manufacturing of the structure occurs simultaneously with the site and foundation work. Schedule delays due to weather and other external factors are significantly reduced since a majority of the construction takes place in a controlled environment.

To further accelerate the construction schedule, Clark Pacific provides AccelDeck™ our prefabricated chiller platform and AccelGen™ our prefabricated power buildings.

CARBONSHIELD® is a unique and proprietary concrete mix developed by Clark Pacific that provides the same performance as traditional mixes and is standard in our structural products.

It replaces 25% of the portland cement in our concrete mixes, reducing embodied carbon by roughly 20%. Our goal is double this by 2030, through our continuous R&D efforts and material partnerships.

Resilient Structure

In critical applications where continuous operation is imperative, the choice of materials is crucial. Data centers require resiliency and durability; precast stands out as the ideal solution.

  • Entire structure is a 2-hour UL fire resistant rating
  • Wind disaster resistant
  • Excellent seismic performance
  • Durable materials that stand the test of time

We are changing the game when it comes to data center construction

How We Demonstrate Sustainability Everyday

Zero waste operations

Our facilities drive toward zero waste by responsibly diverting 100% of metal, wood and concrete scraps from landfill.

Renewable energy-powered operations

100% of our electricity is sourced from a 2MW solar farm expansion and renewable grid procurement in Woodland, CA, with a 1MW farm planned for Adelanto.

Green Fleet

In a commitment to “green our fleet”, our Woodland plant uses an Orange EV pure electric terminal tractor in place of a traditional diesel-fueled yard truck. Over its lifespan, it reduces emissions equivalent up to 2,500 tons CO2.

Buying Local

Whenever possible, local suppliers are our preference in materials acquisition, ensuring the least amount of carbon impact in transportation of materials.

Concrete Recycling

All coarse or fine concrete aggregates remaining from batch processing are reclaimed and recycled, eliminating concrete waste.

Water

Any water not consumed in the prefabricated concrete batch process is recycled and re-used.

Frequently Asked Questions

AccelCore™ is Clark Pacific’s prefabricated core-and-shell solution for data centers and other critical facilities. The system brings together major precast building components – including structure, floor and roof systems, insulated wall panels, openings, embeds, connections, and coordinated equipment interfaces – into a factory-produced kit of parts. AccelCore™ can also be coordinated with Clark Pacific’s mechanical platform and power infrastructure solutions when those scopes are part of the campus delivery strategy.

Owners choose AccelCore™ when they need a faster, more predictable way to deliver high-performance data center core and shell infrastructure. AccelCore™ combines structure, enclosure, openings, embeds, equipment interfaces, and MEP coordination into a prefabricated precast system that can be engineered before components arrive on site. This supports faster erection, earlier dry-in, and fewer field-built interfaces compared with approaches that separate the frame, enclosure, fireproofing, supports, and cladding into multiple scopes. AccelCore™ can also be designed for heavy data center floor loads and long-span bay planning, helping owners preserve flexibility for future high-density compute, AI, and other heavy-load technologies. In many configurations, longer spans can reduce the number of interior columns and create more open, adaptable equipment and white space layouts. Because major components are preengineered and factory produced, AccelCore™ also helps improve cost certainty, reduce field rework, and limit exposure to some steel-package and field-labor volatility.

AccelCore™ improves schedule by shifting major structure and enclosure work into a parallel prefabrication process. While site work and foundations advance, Clark Pacific can engineer and fabricate repeatable precast components, including panels, framing, decks, embeds, openings, and coordinated support interfaces. Once the site is ready, those components can be delivered and erected in a planned sequence, helping accelerate dry-in and reduce delays caused by late coordination, trade stacking, field modifications, and weather-exposed work.

AccelCore™ is designed to coordinate major equipment interfaces before fabrication. That can include mechanical platforms, rooftop equipment supports, power-generation buildings or platforms, embedded plates, hanger points, Unistrut-type supports, sleeves, large penetrations, ventilation openings, access routes, service clearances, and equipment replacement paths. This allows the building structure and equipment infrastructure to be planned together instead of being solved later in the field.

Yes. AccelCore™ can support multi-story data center designs by coordinating floor loads, vibration criteria, lateral systems, equipment pathways, vertical circulation, enclosure requirements, and erection sequencing as part of the structural system. For campus programs, AccelCore™ can also support repeatability through standardized grids, panels, connections, openings, MEP interfaces, and erection sequences. This helps owners carry lessons learned from one building to the next and create more predictable delivery across multiple buildings or sites.

Yes. AccelCore™ can support sustainability goals through efficient structural design, optimized concrete mixes, factory-controlled production, reduced site waste, durable assemblies, and improved envelope performance. Clark Pacific can also evaluate lower-carbon concrete options, including CARBONSHIELD®, where appropriate for the project. Embodied carbon reductions are best documented through project-specific mix designs, quantities, and available EPD or LCA data.
