Human Resources Manager
The HR Manager will play a dynamic, hands‑on leadership role supporting our Woodland, West Sacramento, and Adelanto facilities. This position serves as a strategic partner to local leaders—delivering proactive, consultative HR guidance while driving key policies, programs, and initiatives across multiple business functions. The HR Manager champions organizational development, workforce planning, coaching, and change management to strengthen culture and performance. In addition, this role leads a high‑impact HR team that provides consistent, effective support across all sites, ensuring our people and operations thrive.

Senior Structural Engineering Manager
The Senior Structural Engineering Manager leads a high‑performing engineering team in delivering full precast structural solutions for mission‑critical projects such as data centers and semiconductor facilities. This role oversees the design of prestressed floors, beams, walls, columns, stairs, and other key components—ensuring they meet stringent codes, specifications, and fast‑paced schedules. With oversight of complex projects, this role requires strong leadership, deep structural expertise, and a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager plays a key role in delivering the seamless design, fabrication, and installation of architectural and structural building systems. As a core member of an integrated business‑unit team, this role brings together engineering insight, project management skills, and strong problem‑solving to keep work moving across all disciplines. The Assistant Project Manager leads a small team of 1–3 Project Engineers and contributes to multiple projects at once—driving coordination, clarity, and momentum from kickoff through installation.

Project Manager
The Project Manager drives the end‑to‑end success of architectural and structural building system projects—from early concept through final installation. Operating within an integrated project team, this role leverages advanced engineering knowledge, strong project leadership, and sharp problem‑solving skills to keep work on track and aligned across all functions. The Project Manager leads multiple project teams simultaneously, coordinating efforts across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and field operations to deliver high‑quality prefabricated solutions on schedule and with excellence.
