The multi-story Science Laboratory building accommodates both wet and dry Biology and Chemistry labs, along with supporting spaces, faculty offices, and administrative areas. The facility also features an Observatory and Planetarium designed to foster public engagement and learning.

Delivered through a design-assist approach, the project incorporates Clark Pacific’s Infinite Facade™ system, with 42,500 square feet of panels providing a high-performance and efficient building envelope.
