Clark Pacific provided a turnkey parking structure solution for the campus of the new Ridley-Tree Cancer Center in Santa Barbara. Clark Pacific delivered this three-story, 180-stall patient parking structure in only 6-months on this active campus under extraordinary site constrictions, including concurrent construction, adjacent residential areas, and narrow roads with no laydown area for its construction. Clark Pacific’s solution was prized for minimizing impacts to the campus, compressing schedules, and providing improved life safety for this active campus.
