Clark Pacific was proud to support the construction of the new San Bernardino County (SBC) Valley Communications Center, (County breaks ground on new Valley Communications Center – Welcome to San Bernardino County) a cutting-edge emergency and disaster response facility. As part of the project, Clark Pacific manufactured and erected large, flat concrete skin spandrels that form a critical component of the building’s resilient and durable exterior.
The three-story, 75,085-square-foot structure is designed to be earthquake-resistant and self-sufficient, housing next-generation technology to support around-the-clock operations for up to 454 emergency planners and responders. Certified LEED Gold, the facility also includes a 200-foot-tall communication tower and is located on 6.85 acres at the southeast corner of East Rialto Avenue and Lena Road in San Bernardino.
By delivering precision-engineered concrete skin components, Clark Pacific helped ensure the structural integrity and long-term performance of this vital public safety hub.
