Clark Pacific is contributing to the expansion of the Sutter Roseville Medical Center campus with the delivery of prefabricated building systems for a new 100,000-square-foot medical office building in Roseville, California. Developed by PMB in partnership with Sutter Health, (PMB and Sutter Health announce groundbreaking for 100,000 square-foot medical office building in Roseville, Calif.) the four-story facility will enhance both clinical services and medical education in the region.
The new building will serve as the home for Sutter’s Graduate Medical Education Program, providing hands-on training for future physicians across Sutter Health’s network. The remaining space will be occupied by the Sutter Valley Medical Foundation and offer a range of specialty outpatient services, including Cardiovascular, Bariatric, Dermatology, MOHS Surgery, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology care.
Clark Pacific manufactured and installed 35,969 square feet of prefabricated facade systems, including 32,018 square feet of Infinite Facade™ and 3,888 square feet of punched window panels. The use of Infinite Facade™ supports accelerated construction timelines while delivering high-performance thermal, structural, and aesthetic benefits.
