Clark Pacific provided architectural precast concrete solutions for The Landing, a landmark life sciences campus in South San Francisco. This premier development includes two high-rise laboratory and office towers—Nomar North and Nomar South—and a standalone eight-level parking structure. Together, the towers deliver over 476,000 square feet of lab space and 6,400 square feet of retail, supporting the region’s growing biotech and life sciences sectors.
To support the project’s aesthetic and performance goals, Clark Pacific manufactured and installed 61,392 square feet of architectural precast concrete panels, including ribbed wall panels, spandrels, and column covers. Each panel was backed with spray foam insulation to improve thermal efficiency and enhance the building envelope. The use of precast concrete provided a durable, visually striking solution while reducing onsite labor and construction time.
The Landing demonstrates how architectural precast concrete can elevate design, accelerate project schedules, and meet the high-performance demands of modern life science facilities.
