Verde at Mission Rock (Building F)

San Francisco, CA

Building F, also known as Verde at Mission Rock, is a 315,000-square-foot mixed-use tower with 254 units, including 96 apartments, and features extensive amenity and retail spaces.

The facade of Building F is inspired by the cascading waterfalls of Half Dome in Yosemite, with a series of terraces that step back from the street, creating a dynamic form that changes depending on the viewer’s perspective. The exterior facade is a hybrid of Clark Pacific’s Infinite Facade and Architectural Precast (APC). The prefabricated building envelope features 200,000 eye-catching green ceramic tiles, integrated into the Infinite Facade.
