The Rockwell

SF-Bay Area

Located in the lower Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, along the Van Ness Corridor, this mixed use, twin high-rise (24 and 15-stories) residence is within walking distance of the Civic Center and major transit lines. The 283-unit project consists of 520,000 gsf. The upper levels have spectacular views of the Marina District toward the north and dramatic downtown views in the other orientations.

The architectural façade system for this project consists of four distinct architectural precast panel shapes and unique integral colors across 560 total panels (over 75,000 SF of product) across the two towers. The solution included pre-installed glass systems, maximizing the prefabrication potential of the façade: further compressing project schedules and reducing construction impacts to the neighborhood.
