Transbay 2 West is part of a larger intergenerational master plan, sharing a vibrant mews space with an adjacent affordable family housing project to encourage community connection. By utilizing our prefabricated building systems, the project team was able to deliver a high-quality, resilient exterior in a dense urban environment, supporting the Chinatown Community Development Center’s mission to provide critical housing.
Facade Project Details
The Transbay Block 2 Senior Building consists of 151 affordable senior apartments on 28,000 sf site bordered by Folsom and Beale Street. This job features Infinite Facade™ with GFRC designed with 3 types of form liners, 2 colors and Nawkaw throughout the punched window perimeter.
