UC Santa Barbara San Benito Student Housing

The UCSB San Benito Student Housing will create a vibrant new residential community for 2,145 students, located in the northwest corner of UC Santa Barbara’s main campus. This project consists of six student dorm towers and one student amenities low rise building.

This project will utilize Infinite Facade™ which will provide superior thermal efficiency, noise reduction and weatherproofing. This project is set to begin manufacturing in September 2025 with erection starting in February 2026.
