About Us
Our Mission
To advance industrialized construction innovations and products for a safer, more sustainable, and predictable building environment.
We’re Expanding to the Pacific Northwest and Southwest Regions
We are excited to build upon our success and further expand in these regions as the demand for prefabrication increases.
Our Approach
Our offsite manufacturing approach reduces overall project risk through improved cost and schedule certainty and greater supply chain controls without compromising a project’s overall design.
Full-Service Manufacturer
We integrate design, manufacturing, and on-site installation to deliver prefabricated building systems end-to-end.
Our services include:
- Design and Engineering Services
- Manufacturing and Quality Control
- Transportation and Logistics
- Erection and Build Services
- Warranty and Long Term Support
Energy Efficient Manufacturing
More than half of the energy used during prefabrication is from on-site generated photovoltaic electricity at our Woodland Plant.
Leadership
Over the last six decades, Clark Pacific has been at the forefront of the changing construction landscape, innovating to ensure we are meeting the market’s needs and adapting to ensure our processes support the success, health, and happiness of all.
Clark Pacific's History
Founded as Tecon Pacific in 1963, Clark Pacific began in West Sacramento on a four-acre site with fifteen employees and James Clark as its general manager.
With the support of dedicated engineering, manufacturing facilities, and field teams, the company grew rapidly during the early years of the industry in California. As new methods emerged for forming, casting, finishing, shipping, and on-site installation, Clark Pacific built those capabilities into a disciplined, repeatable delivery model used across diverse project types on the West Coast.
Today, Clark Pacific is owned and managed by Jim Clark’s sons, Donald Clark and Robert Clark. They are committed to advancing prefabricated building systems with an emphasis on performance, resilience, and better project outcomes.
A third generation of the Clark family is now helping lead the company’s next chapter, expanding nationally to support large-scale programs with an emphasis on speed, sustainability, and disciplined execution.
