Bridgeview Towers

SF-Bay Area

The BridgeView is a luxury residential complex located on San Francisco’s Rincon Hill with sweeping views of the bay and city skyline. The project comprises two adjacent 26 and 15 story towers. The structure is poured-in- place concrete and has 245 condominium units as well as parking in both below and above grade levels. Clark Pacific provided design-build services for the 110,000 SF of GFRC cladding for the towers.

The GFRC panels included five different color mixes and multiple reveal patterns. Project also features Clark Pacific’s patented 2DS® Secondary Drainage System.
