Edward Lifesciences Expansion

Irvine, California

The Edward Lifesciences campus phase one expansion included a pavilion, a cafeteria, and an atrium.

The facade was built with Architectural Precast with three-inch-thick insulation. Portions of each building are a light sandblasted color. A plain white with black fleck mix and a white mix without the black fleck was also used.
