A 300,000 square foot multi-level structure for IKEA with parking below the main display floor and storage areas. Long spans for better customer parking supporting very heavy superimposed loads and a reduced construction schedule made this a perfect application for Irwindale’s precast columns, beams, double tees and spandrel beams.
