Sutter Medical Center – Castro Valley

SF-Bay Area

As part of a project team led by DPR, Clark Pacific collaboratively engineered, manufactured, and installed standard facade and GFRC panels for this new 130-bed acute care facility.  The project is one of the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) hospital projects in California.  The project team utilized BIM technologies and lean design, manufacturing, and construction principles to create streamlined schedules and seamless delivery.  (Renderings courtesy of Devenney Group, Ltd, Architects.)
