Torrey Heights is the region’s largest new life science research campus, delivering 442,500 square feet of state-of-the-art space to meet the growing demand for innovation in the sector. The 10-acre site features three research buildings with underground parking and a range of tenant amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, gardens, outdoor spaces, and high-performance laboratories.

Global leader BD Biosciences serves as the anchor tenant, underscoring the campus’s role as a hub for medical technology. Completed in 2023, the project incorporates multiple Clark Pacific prefabricated façade systems—including Architectural Precast Concrete and Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete—alongside a building envelope with integrated punched windows.
