Torrey View, a life science research campus is the new largest development in the area. The 442,500-square-foot campus helps meet the high demand for life science spaces. Some of the features include a tenant clubhouse, a fitness center, gardens, outdoor accommodations, and high-quality laboratories.
There are three research buildings with underground parking on the 10-acre site. One of the largest medical technology companies in the world: BD Biosciences will settle in as the anchor tenant. Torrey View utilizes multiple Clark Pacific prefabricated facade systems such as Architectural Precast Concrete and Glass-Fiber Reinforced Concrete. Punched windows are also featured throughout the building envelope. Completed in 2023.
