Clark Pacific was able to accomodate the design build team of Willow Glenn Town Square with long span precast concrete double tees spanning over the pizzeria. The project (covering nearly the entire city block) consisted of a precast podium, parking spaces on grade and two stories of mixed use Class A offices and retail spaces above. The design helped the Willow Street Pizzeria expand with a larger patio and a new bar, and other local businesses are banking on the project to help generate even more foot traffic in the neighborhood.

The $20M Willow Glen Town Square project added 15,000 square feet of retail space, 22,450 square feet of office space and 161 parking spaces to the Willow Glen neighborhood. The project achieved a LEED silver certification.
