As the home of the San Francisco 49ers, Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara is a premier multi-purpose venue designed for versatility. The stadium features open pedestrian plazas, commercial community spaces, the 49ers team store, and the 49ers Hall of Fame. Beyond professional football, the facility is engineered to host a wide range of events, including college football, soccer, motocross, major concerts, and civic gatherings.
Clark Pacific’s contribution was essential in creating a resilient, high-capacity environment. In addition to our role in the original construction, we were contracted in 2025 to perform critical modifications to the facility, ensuring the stadium meets the updated requirements to host the FIFA World Cup 2026.
Stadia Project Details
Clark Pacific manufactured and delivered the primary seating and circulation components for the stadium, ensuring a high-quality finish and rapid assembly for this massive structure. Our off-site manufacturing approach allowed for consistent quality across the thousands of components required for the seating bowl.
Key project highlights include:
-
Stadia Systems: Clark Pacific provided approximately 1,850 prefabricated panels, including the stadia units and steps that form the backbone of the seating areas.
-
Precision Engineering: Each panel was manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure seamless integration on-site, providing the structural integrity and clear sightlines necessary for a modern stadium environment.
-
Streamlined Construction: By producing the seating and step units off-site, we helped the project team maintain an aggressive schedule, delivering the components ready for immediate installation as the structural steel was erected.
-
Durability and Safety: The use of prefabricated concrete provides a robust, low-maintenance solution that can withstand the heavy foot traffic and rigorous demands of a venue hosting 70,000+ spectators.
