Willow Glen Plaza

San Jose, CA

LEED Silver certified, Willow Glen Plaza is a 96,000-square-foot prefabricated building seamlessly integrates restaurant and retail space with modern office suites and premium amenities. The project transformed the site of a former liquor store and underutilized parking lot into an efficient mixed-use destination anchored by a new parking garage.

Construction required careful coordination, as the new structure was built around and above an existing building that continued to house two active retailers. Through extensive phasing and scheduling, Clark Pacific minimized disruptions while delivering the project on schedule. The scope also included a full interior remodel of Willow Street Pizza, further enhancing the site and creating a dynamic, community-focused environment.
