Clark Pacific partnered with Stanford Medicine to help bring their vision of expanded specialized outpatient care to life in Redwood City. As part of the new multi-specialty clinic, located adjacent to the existing Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center, Clark Pacific manufactured and erected a total of 425 prefabricated concrete panels—including 386 hoisted panels and 39 assemblies.
The new facility features a 3-story podium set against a striking 10-story tower, both constructed with steel frames and wrapped in a prefabricated concrete envelope. Clark Pacific’s scope included more than 400 wall and eyebrow panels spanning 54,684 square feet, showcasing a sophisticated mix of natural finishes—sandstone and terracotta stones on architectural precast.
In the foreground, a cast-in-place parking structure is anchored by an elevator tower enclosed with an additional 2,083 square feet of Infinite Facade™ panels. This project exemplifies the seamless integration of architectural expression and precision prefabrication to support Stanford Medicine’s continued commitment to community-based care.
