The panel of PCI design judges believed the project architect and precaster for the Brigham City Temple in Brigham City, Utah did a great job of showing the versatility of architectural precast while accommodating the detailing that allowed the building to come off as a very traditional structure. Design judges specifically noted the fantastic workmanship, showing the true aspects of the ductility and plasticity of architectural precast concrete.
