Apple Park Office Building

This 2.8 million square foot, office building located in Cupertino, CA and designed by world-renowned architect Norman Foster (Foster + Partners) will house over 14,000 employees in one central four-storied office building when completed. The building includes two levels of underground parking, as well as two stand-along parking structures. Sometimes likened to a spaceship, the iconic circular office building is thought to be the largest precast framed office building ever built.

Clark Pacific provided all of the architectural and structural precast concrete components, which make up a majority of the office building. In total, over 2.5 million square feet of precast concrete will be used to produce the columns, beams, walls, fascia, beam covers and Void Slabs.

We’ve hired some great architects, some of the best in the world, and we’ve come up with a design that puts 14,000 people in one building. We have a shot at building the best office building in the world.
