Los Angeles County Administration Building

Los Angeles

ICO completed construction and achieved substantial completion in September 2007 on a 220,000-square-foot, build-to-suit Class A office building for the County of Los Angeles, ahead of schedule (24 months including design and construction) and within budget. This $107 million dollar project includes 200,000 square feet of office space, a 900-car parking structure, a 6,000-square-foot daycare center and 4,000 square feet of retail space. This project represents one of Los Angeles’ most significant public/private partnerships with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles and the largest private development project completed in South Los Angeles in over 50 years. In addition this represents the first time that the County of Los Angeles has housed four different social service departments in one newly constructed office building.
