In 2008, Clark Pacific delivered architectural precast concrete panels for the Nordstrom store at Tacoma Mall in Tacoma, Washington. The façade design combined form and function, using custom-finished panels to reflect Nordstrom’s brand identity while providing a durable, low-maintenance exterior. The use of prefabricated concrete enabled a streamlined installation process that minimized on-site disruption and met tight construction schedules, contributing to a successful retail rollout.
