Sky River Parking Structure

Elk Grove, CA

The Sky River Casino Parking Structure is a five-story expansion designed to provide much-needed additional parking to support the casino’s ongoing growth. With a total of 1,621 parking stalls and 681,263 square feet of space, the structure is thoughtfully integrated to connect seamlessly with the existing casino.

Clark Pacific served as the general contractor for this project, overseeing the full design-build process and coordinating closely with specialty subcontractors. Key structural elements, including shear walls, were constructed by outside contractors to ensure the garage could safely attach to the casino through the existing valet area. This careful integration allows for smooth traffic flow between the new parking structure and the casino, enhancing guest convenience while supporting the casino’s expanded operations.
