Trinity Plaza – Building A

This project is the first of a planned three tower development that comprises 1,900 residential units located less than one mile from San Francisco Civic Center. This first tower comprises 440 housing units and was completed in 2010. The next phase is 545-units on Market Street which will include 21,000 SF of retail space.

The project was awarded “Best Community Impact in an Urban Area” and “Outstanding Affordable Residential Development”, both from the San Francisco Business Times.

Clark Pacific provided design-build services for the architectural precast panels – spandrels and column covers. Architectural precast comprised 40,000 SF of the building envelope.
