UC Berkeley Bancroft Parking Structure

The Bancroft Parking Structure project consists of replacing an existing one-story parking structure on the south edge of campus on Bancroft Avenue with the new construction of a 2-bay, eight-level parking structure with approximately 660 parking stalls, secured bike storage parking, and associated site work. This structure will also have a Hybrid Moment Frame lateral system with typical PARC gravity system details.
