Westfield Galleria at Roseville Parking Structure

Northern California

Westfield required an extremely quick schedule in order to open the parking structure in time to support an annual tennis tournament that takes place at the mall on the 4th of July weekend.

The total precast Design-Manufacture-Construct approach provided a very lean and efficient delivery of the parking structure. The duration from ground breaking to certificate of occupancy was only 5 months, and the project was delivered on time and within the GMP. Schedule savings were achieved by utilizing the “All-in-One” system of architecturally finishing the structural elements of the building. This enhances the value of efficient structural precast elements creating a beautiful integrated finish designed to stand the test of time. The project is designed for and additional future level.

Through collaborative design, advanced manufacturing and efficient construction, we transform the way buildings are delivered. Our people are paving the way for prefabrication as a smarter, safer and more efficient way to bring great designs to life, while reducing risk and providing owners with cost, schedule and scope certainty.
