LEED Silver certified, this complete precast building harmoniously combines restaurant and retail tenants with office suites offering top-notch amenities. It is situated on the site of a former liquor store, where a non-optimized parking lot transformed into an efficient parking garage spanning 96,000 square feet.
The construction process posed a unique challenge as it involved working around and above an existing building that housed two retailers. Extensive phasing scheduling was employed to ensure a smooth transition, with construction taking place in close proximity to the remaining structure. The interior remodel of Willow Street Pizza was also included in the project scope, resulting in a remarkable transformation.
