Vernon Street Office Building

Clark Pacific was recently chosen to produce the precast concrete scope of work for a new office building in the heart of downtown Roseville, CA. The city office building’s original design called for a steel structure with a plaster finish. However, precast concrete offered neighborhood friendly construction methods of off-site prefabrication, while “just-intime” delivery to the jobsite provided the schedule certainty that was so important to the City. Precast is an ideal solution because most of the work is done off site…and in 38 days we had a building shell ready to go.” said Mike Isom, City of Roseville. Clark Pacific produced the architectural and structural framing system for the building, consisting of precast hybrid moment frames, planks, tees, walls, spandrels, columns and beams. A total precast system helped deliver value to the city and its residents by providing a cost-effective solution delivered on-time andwithin the city’s budget.

“We have an obligation to our local taxpayers that we’re being as efficient as possible with the resources that we have available, getting the most out of our dollar, and Clark Pacific has gone a long way in helping us do that,”

– Mike Isom, City of Roseville
