This 324,000 square foot project is located in Oakland, California and utilizes our Architectural Precast Concrete. More specifically, the project uses our APC punch window, spandrel and wall panels. A total of 570 panels were erected during night shifts which can sometimes make the erection difficult. These panels were a result of multi-color pours with a max of 2 colors per panel and 3 colors in total on the entire project. They utilized a combination of light and medium sandblasts as well as a lot of face articulation. The combination of each of these features resulted in the beautiful building that the MacArthur Transit Village Parcel B is today.
